Newcastle's Souness stands by underfire Butt

Newcastle boss Graeme Souness has launched a staunch defence of Nicky Butt who angered the Newcastle fans by refusing to acknowledge them at the end of the 4-1 FA Cup Semi-final defeat by his old club Manchester United.
